A hot pool at 39 °C, a cold plunge at 10 °C, a steam room and a cedar sauna. Towels and robes are included. Bring a swimsuit.

The baths and float rooms are quiet. Talk softly in the bath rooms; the lounge is for conversation.

Stay in the lounge as long as you like, with tea and fruit. Most people need a few minutes.
