Cabinets are walnut or oak, oiled by hand, so a scratch can be rubbed out. Grilles are woven polyester. Knobs and posts are solid brass, and lamp and radio parts are metal, not plastic.

How does payment work?
Each product has its own payment page from our payment provider. Put what you want in the cart, press Pay on a line, and finish on that page. We never see your card details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within three working days. Delivery takes two to five working days in the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Send it back in its original box and we refund the price of the product.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years from delivery. It covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from drops, water, or opening the cabinet.
Do the speakers need an amplifier?
Yes. Wenlow One is a passive pair, so it needs a stereo amplifier or a receiver. Any amplifier that gives 20 W or more per channel works well.
